The hotel rooms were nice and good sized, clean and quiet with a welcome platter of fruit, making my stay comfortable. The staff, especially Arturo M, were courteous and very helpful with arranging transportation, showing exceptional service. The location was convenient to the convention center and the Poliforum Leon exhibition center, offering great value. The dining experience was mixed, with a wonderful selection but some aspects being poor. Overall, a good place to stay with a couple of minor issues to consider.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and came with a lovely plate of fruit as a welcome. It was quiet, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. The convenience to the convention center was a big plus. However, the dining experience was a bit poor. The location was ideal for both local attractions and early morning departures, and the service was exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff.
